Interest Rates and Annual Percentage Rates Effective as of: 02/24/2025

¹ For the Adjustable Rate Loans, the initial Interest Rate is not based on the index used to make later adjustments.  

²  Payment amounts are based on $1,000 borrowed. To determine the approximate monthly payment for any given loan amount, simply multiply the payment amounts above for the loan type requested by the total mortgage amount requested excluding trailing 0’s.
